We have every confidence in our products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us at your cost within 14 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and packed in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. Please check your goods immediately upon receipt, and inform us within 24 hours of arrival if they are damaged or not as ordered and we will be happy to replace them. We regret that items made to your specification cannot be returned.
